I’ve been looking at various styles of small, portable chairs do use from time to time. Bad back and replaced hips don’t always work well with 3-4 games a day. Anyways I was at a local college soccer game and saw the following chair. It looks pretty good. Curious if anyone else has use this or something similar during their shoots.

Did you talk to the owner?
Did you ask to hold it and try it out?
Did you get the manufacturer and/or retailer?

I've never seen that chair. Do you know who manufactures it?

No I did not talk to him because he was behind ropes and working.
I also did not get to touch it or feel it.
I looked it up online and it’s got mixed reviews. Thus my questions….

I simply put collapsible seat in Amazon and I was able to find it. But again it had some good and bad reviews so I’m thinking either this style or a traditional fold up camping style. I’ve seen some that actually fold up like an umbrella but the seating service is very small and doesn’t look all that comfortable

Make sure. It is high enough so you can get up easily.

Check out this link- there are dozens of various makes and modes listed and links to all the suppliers and retailers that carry them.

I looked and tried one of those at Dunham's sporting good. It felt cheaply made and not consistent locking without care. We passed. Still looking honestly.

I carry a "walkstool" in my car and I like it.

I use this. Fits nicely in the car...rolls over rough terrain and carries your equipment...one of the best photo accessories I have.

I believe this is what you saw - I bought it a year ago and have found it to be pretty comfortable, though I don't sit in it for long periods of i=tie. And it is quite easy to expand and collapse.

I ordered one yesterday, I've seen it in use by fellow photographers. Here's a link
