Trying to buy this camera in amazon:
Canon EOS 90D Digital SLR Camera Body with Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 is STM Lens 3 Lens DSLR Kit Bundled with Complete Accessory Bundle + 128GB + Flash + Case/Bag & More - International Model
Usually, it means it is a "grey market" camera with no valid U.S.A. warranty.
Be sure you get a U.S. guarantee!
So canon will not provide repair in the USA?

Canon will repair. The warranty question is whether (if) there's a Canon responsible problem in the initial year of ownership that Canon would have repaired for free under a US warranty that you'd have to pay for yourself. If you broke the camera yourself, you'd have to pay for the repair, even for a US model within 1-year.
One other problem you may meet. The instruction manual and other paperwork may be in the language of the country it was meant to be sold in.
I once bought a Sigma SD14 from Ebay (upgrade from my SD10 before I went over to Canon) and the manual and paperwork was in Russian.
I went on line and downloaded/printed the "Quick Start Guide" in English. That got me going and most of the rest was the same as my old SD10, just a newer, higher mp design sensor so the SD10 manual had most of it covered.
"International model"? In Fashion photography this typically is a non-native with a H-1B work visa.
Many of the top tier model agencies in NYC have "International Models" on their books.
I've actually worked with a few... They are exceptional!
Need an example? Melania Knauss... She began modeling children's clothing at age 5. At eighteen, Knauss signed with a modeling agency in Milan, Italy... In 1996, Knauss moved to Manhattan with a H-1B work visas. In 2000 she petitioned for a right to permanent residency under the EB-1 program.
Interestingly she became the first non-native English speaker, to become first lady.
Fashion Modeling at the zenith of the industry is likely one of the most competitive career pursuits in the world.
Hope this helps...
All the best on your photographic journey cony25
btw Canon makes totally epic photographic kit...
Did they come with English instruction manuals, or did you have to download translations? (=>

That may not be true with all brands. Folks here have said that Nikon will not touch Nikons purchased on the gray market, whereas Canon will, although they will charge for it.

And how do you know this?
That is a Nikon problem, NOT Canon.
Canon WILL repair.
