The first four are from my backyard garden. The Tractor Seat plant is a favorite of mine. The leaves resemble giant lily pads or an old fashioned tractor seat. I have several Buttercup plants that come up every year and bloom all summer. I have posted shots of the Gingers before but they continue to bloom. This plant is under the fronds of the White Bird of Paradise. The last two are Canna blossoms along the neighbors fence. They look very pretty from a distance but are soft and floppy flowers up close.

Thank you. I am very fond of Gingers, too. There are many different varieties and all are interesting.

Hard to pick a favorite, all are spectacular. I guess I like the Giant Leopard Spot Plant the most. I did a image search as I never heard of it and NOTHING compares to your images of this beauty.

Thank you, Karen. Those cannas are neglected but they bloom beautifully. I see multiple blossoms out there this morning.

Thank you, Big Daddy! It was an expensive plant when I got it but the one I took this shot of is a second plant that I started from the original one. They like it kind of shady and they bloom frequently.

Iā€™m not real sure about that, Joe, but I really appreciate your review!
