sky replacement error in PS

I just downloaded the latest and greatest version of photoshop.
When I go to sky replacement I get the error
could not complete request, program error.
Did anyone else get that error with this latest update?
if so how did you resolve it. Have any ideas
Next when you go to Adobe they want you to talk to a Tech.
Last time I did that I was on for hours, is there a place to just send email and ask a question, I didnt see it.

UPDATE after an hour and 10 minutes with Adobe support
they had me reinstall the older version of photoshop. which works fine.
the engineers will be contacting me in a day or two with additional questions etc. this should be
interesting

I have the latest PS update installed and just tried the sky replacement, worked without problems.
I am running on an iMac 27 late 2015, what platform are you running on.
Really is a pain when stuff like this happens, hope it gets solved for you without too much issue.

I bought inPixio editor to use the sky replacement feature. It was easy to use most of the time with the original version and the results were very satisfactory to me. Then they came up with an update and I downloaded that update. All of a sudden I cannot replace the sky, when trying to do so I always get a small window that tells me that errors have occurred.
It does not matter if I select AUTO or MANUAL replacement, I get that error window no matter what and the sky cannot be replaced. The company has not been able to help me and I just asked them to cancel my order and send back my money. I do not know if what is happening to me is happening to someone else and if there is someone here using inPixio for sky replacement I would like to hear from you and your experience.
