The first is a spray of Hyacinth Bean blossoms. The seeds were given to me by Angela K that was a regular on UHH at the time. The plants haven't done well. I thin the Florida heat and intense sun is too much for them. I salvaged this one spray and brought it inside to photograph. I used a light pad as a background as an experiment. It worked but the shot was much too plain so I added this coordinating sky as a background,
The orchid is a so so shot from Lowe's that also had a terrible background. I substituted this background but I think it is too dull. I was trying to have the color bring out the orchid color a bit more. I will probably go back and see if I can improve it later today.

Thank you. It is an antidote to boredom, Mike
Thank you, Joe! You have cool imogies .
I like the subtle background in #2 but am open to your re-do
I like both of these and find the background to the second shot very suitable. Not understanding your reference to ‘Lowe’s’ though?
