Do you wear glasses?

Are they single focal length, bifocal, or trifocal?

Years ago, I was prescribed a pair of bifocal glasses, but after a week of fighting with them, it was back to the optometrist to have that pair cut down to a set of "toppers" for distance, and a separate full sized pair made for driving.

Fast forward to today, and I have prescription sunglasses, prescription driving glasses, a mid-range pair to work on my computer, and both prescription and otc readers.

We don't know that President Biden has or has not had corrective eye curgery, but anyone who's gone through cataract surgery knows to wear sunglasses as much as possible.

My guess is that President Biden needs corrective lenses for mid-range distance, which is where the teleprompters fall into.

But to answer your question, President Biden forgets to put on his glasses when he reads the teleprompter.

It's could be light sensitivity which apparently affects 5 - 20% of the population

The difference is I DO wear bifocals and wear over sunglasses so I do not squint. If he needs them why does he not wear them?? And we are talking about Inside and the teleprompter. There is no bright sun light indoors. I don't squint indoors

Unless you've actually been in front of the lights they use for the television cameras, you've no idea how bright they are. I truly don't understand your obsession with this one thing.
