This is the Feisol CT-3401 carbon fiber tripod #340160612 and the Kirk BH-3 ball head. This is a very excellent super light weight travel medium size tripod ! I think this is the one that Gene51 touts .......? ! The ball head does not have "quick release" - just the standard A/S screw clamp. There are accessories available like a center post kit and a lock for the ball head @ B&H.

CONDITION: is excellent - I see no signs of use ! - everything working as it should.

The collapsed size with head attached is 23 1/2 inches. Extends to 57 inches at the head clamp. The upper leg is 28mm diameter and the bottom leg is 19mm.

Oh yes, available ..... as far as I know it cannot be converted - but maybe ?? I think it possible ....... Look at the Kirk site to see or call ....

I'm sorry, now that I look at all this again Kirk is calling an A/S screw clamp a "quick" release it seems .....my definition of a "quick" release A/S clamp is one that uses a lever ...... !
