My wife is working tonight. I was watching the clouds and sun and hoping for a nice sunset, but it was obvious it was not happening. I decided to head of a canyon to this bridge on a trail. I have photographed this in all seasons, but this is the first time I have seen it with almost no water flowing beneath.

I sense an internal dynamic in this photograph. The multiple leading lines play a part. They point to a darkness. So, the natural question arises: Where are we going? Your photograph draws the viewer to an unknown.

I venture to say your photograph deserves hanging in the right living space.

Vienna74, you may have been "So Bored," but the photo isn't. The composition of this photo is excellent. In my opinion, rarely humble, far too many who would photograph this subject would boringly and incorrectly put the convergence-point/vanishing-point dead center. The composition of this photo would work for any such photo, for example railroad tracks, a highway, or people in line.
