You never know which Joe you're going to get. At times it seems he has his head on somewhat straight and other times he seems utterly confused. The media is certainly not objective giving Biden a free pass no matter how he actually comes across.

He is showing symptoms of dementia just like my father in law did. At times he is lucid and knows what is going on and at other times he has no clue.
Also he is better when left in a routine and when only dealing with details he has been coached on. That's why he does so poorly whenever someone asks him a question that is off script or when something unexpected happens.
