Good Chuckle Biden has a sense of humor... he would laugh along with us.. but appreciates humor, but he is not humorous. A good manager is indeed, "just a figurehead" but as Truman said, "the buck stops here.**" I good manager has sources and resources to help with decisions. Note that Biden gives answers off the cuff that are clear and coherent and he does not flap his arms thinking he can fly as did Trump.

When I managed a division I relied on many sources and delegation of authority, that is what good management is all about... gather information and make the final mix, and being able to flex the mix as the world changes.

Biden does not pretend to be a virologist and offer cures like an injection of disinfectants [Bleach!!]. Biden relies on science and takes advice, he relies on our rule of law and does not dictate to the judicial branch as did Trump.

We now have too many in the Trump Cult States that have not had the COVID immunization and they will be the downfall of the economy as they spread the Delta COVID virus and we have COVID Pandemic all over again but this time with the more deadly Delta variation.

Reagan was a class actor, he played the part of being president well. Unlike Trump, Reagan was not an embarrassment on the world stage. Likewise, Biden handles himself well on that stage.

I certainly don't need management lessons from you, as far as Biden goes, clearly he is operating with less than a full deck, he was installed through and agreement between the DNC and the bureaucracy of the DC establishment, he runs nothing as policy is being formulated by others and they simply hand Slo Joe note cards so that he can attempt to explain to the nation what the agenda is. No, the buck does not stop there, Biden has no clue as to what is going on around him, we don't know where the buck stops and those responsible for the lurch left will never be held to account for the destruction they cause. What has your work management experience been? How would or did you manage, would you be an expert on all things like Trump claimed. Trump knew more about war than his Generals, more about viruses than virologists, etc. He was as he said "a stable genius" also said "I am the chosen one" well even God goofs up choices... for example, his right-hand angel Lucifer.. oops yep the devil.

I was a retail turn around specialist, did just fine for myself, and no I don't need management lessons from you, I learned early that a manager's success is only as good as the success of those he/she manages, that without vision and buy in, empowerment and accountability, that an organization is doomed to go nowhere.
