My wife saw this recipe online yesterday and said let's give it a go. She did a great job, it is delicious. I took a quick snap because I was in a hurry to try it warm.
Here's a link to the recipe, it's in Spanish. The recipe is in the comments and Google translate can give you the instructions in English.

I went back and got the recipe and translated it. If allowed, here you go.

Tenerina cake

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 35 minutes Total Time: 50 minutes Servings: 8/10 slices

200grs Melted semisweet chocolate
100grs Melted butter / unsalted butter
3 Eggs (separated into whites and yolks)
75grs White sugar (for the yolks)
75grs White sugar (for the whites)
50grs Flour 0000
30cc (that's 1oz) Warm milk

Melt the chocolate and butter. Combine & reserve
Beat the yolks together with the 75grs of sugar until pale and set aside.
Beat the whites until they have doubled in volume. Sprinkle in the sugar. Continue beating until you get a smooth meringue and set aside.
While beating the yolks, add the chocolate and butter with a rubber spatula. Fold in the flour, milk and meringue in 2 batches. Place in a 20cm diameter mold with parchment paper at the base. Bake in a preheated oven at 175⁰C for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out moist but not uncooked. Let cool to room temperature. To facilitate the removal of the mold, cool in the refrigerator. Remove from mold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
