I have never seen a yellow-billed cuckoo but ran up on this one about a week ago. It's also commonly called a rain crow as some believe when it calls rain is on the way. It feasted on some sort of berries and then flew high into the top of a Sycamore tree to hunt caterpillars which is it's main food source. They are in steep decline according to Cornell so I'm glad I saw one in the wild before they are all gone.
