My eggs

from my milk frog, I now know I have a male and female though there is not much difference in their size. I woke up this morning Sat 3rd to find a dish full of eggs that had been laid over night. The eggs are so tiny to the size of the frogs and smaller than a common English frog. This is what they are looking like tonight at 11 pm on the 3rd and should be tadpoles in the morning.. I know they say they hatch in 24 hours but they are going to be super small and there are some duff eggs...
much more detail n the download..

Lots of very tiny tadpoles now Sylvia. The biggest is under 1/4 " and lots smaller.. They will not all survive and then the froglets are small and need the right habitat, temperature and humidity as they dry out very quickly. I bought 2 young ones after asking for something that did not need heat, uv lights etc and was told they would do. Two dead frogs later I found out the aquatic centre did not tell me the correct info and I did get a refund. I now know what to do so I hope quite a few will survive...

Thank you very much Jim, they are now tadpoles and will be froglets in 3-4-weeks. At the moment the are just under 1/4 inch long and as froglets will be about 1/2 inch. Will be posting more pictures so will have to get the macro lens out...

Thanks merry, they were tadpoles on Sunday and have grown a lot. There are still one or two very small ones so I will try to get a picture that shows how much they have grown in 6 days...
