In Lightroom, there is no way. Lightroom Classic's Print Module will allow you to combine multiple images into a single "print" that can be saved as a jpeg. To make a true photo collage, you need the capability of layering. Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, GIMP, and others have this capability.

I've done only a few. The goal was to make 13x19 prints. Both Lightroom Classic and Photoshop worked. Photoshop had more flexibility in arranging the individual images.

I cheat, I use a fairly cheap app named Pic Collage. I make my collage and then print it any way I want, from Picassa 3, put it in PS and print using Print Studio Pro (a Canon app) or I can import it into LR and not only file it with all my other photos but print it with PSP.

And with Pic Collage when I finish I can save and later go back to Pic Collage and change, add, subtract things.

Sorry, no info on LR.
However, PhotoScape works very well and it is free.
