If the U.S. is the greatest country that ever existed, what is the reason for this statistic?
I do not disagree that other arrangements for punitive action toward SOME criminals could be looked into.
But where did this come from? Why bring in something from Left field. Your post says nothing, has no relativity to what I said which was that jails and prisons are releasing criminals which our police officers, those few we still have, will have to deal with after the victims of their acts deal with them first.
You want a discussion on criminals and jail/prison time I am happy to oblige. But please start a thread for that specific subject. Your post makes no sense at all here.
