My net door neighbor plays the drums. He's very thoughtful. When my lights go out at night, he stops.

I heard that the majority of people that play bagpipes do it while marching or walking.
I guess they are trying to get away from the sound.

My neighbor plays as well, but I have only heard her once in twenty years. We live on 1 acre lots and that is another good reason to not live in a condo.

Visit Portland - you can meet the Unipiper. A guy who, in keeping with the "Keep Portland Weird" motto, rides around on a unicycle, wearing outlandish costumes keyed to an event or holiday, playing bagpipes.
