Why, suddenly...
...am I not receiving any email notices to responses to my threads? I am having to check each of my threads if there are any views after my last response.

Go to “My Profile” and make sure your e-mail address is correct. Also just below that make sure the send e-mail for notification boxes are checked. In addition make sure your computer is not directing UHH notifications to “Junk Mail”. Beyond that I can’t think of anything else.
Mac has covered the likely why, and how to fix. In the meantime, you don't have to go to each of your topics, Neil. Just click on "watched topics" at the top of any UHH page. If you have received comments since the last time you looked, there will be a label in green that says "new posts" and those topics will be bumped to the top of the list.
patience... the SMTP can and does get overloaded during periods of peak usage... also your IPS my be asleep at the wheel... In reality UHH notifications can be flaky now and again.... Word!
Bottom Line: It could be local and/or regional "connection" problems – Typically the reason for not receiving emails can be a much wider problem. If there’s an issue with the internet connection in your area or with the sender's connection or a broader connectivity problem. The fact that I'm having the same issue today speaks of a much more "Global" issue.
Neil chill... UHH isn't the 911 call center... fault tolerance simply isn't germane here... nor appropriate...
If I were still working IT support I would first ask you what has change since the last time you received UHH email(s) Next I would tell you to close and reopen your email client.... If that failed I would suggest a reboot of your device...
If that failed I would suggest you use TRACERT in a DOS window and see if you can reach
www.uglyhedgehog.comRun "cmd" in windows and type "tracert
www.uglyhedgehog.com"I just did this and yep, the site is up and alive... see image below...

Thank you, Mac, Linda, and Thomas. All good advice worthy to put on a card under the keyboard for future reference. For now the problem seems to have been self-correcting since your posts came in as usual. I hope it was only a temporary glitch in the system.
Cheers, Neil
