Boberic has apparently never been in front of a crowd, giving a presentation or making a speech.
If he ever did that and was instructed properly, he would know that you never wear sunglasses when addressing the group. It hides your eyes from them and you lose contact as they cannot judge what you're looking at, and will form an opinion that you are being deceitful.
I would suggest, that Mr. Boberic take the Dale Carnegie course on Public Speaking and then get back to us.
