I use to make these just after Thanksgiving, to give away as gifts to friends and family - 17 varieties, about 95 dozen in all.
Delicious! Man you are TOUGH! That is some task.
Wow, I’m impressed by the quality and the quantity. Christmas cookies are a favorite tradition (eating that is).
That is a lot of cookies to make! Hope you spread them amongst a lot of people. They look delicious.

It didn't hurt that my previous home had 3 ovens, one of which was electric convection, and our garage had no heat, so refrigeration was not an issue. But just in case, we did have a chest freezer and a second fridge.
The cookies were easy, logistics were a little interesting, but the really tough part was kicking the family out of the house while i did this over a weekend. They were allowed to come back, but the kitchen was closed

95? Nooooo! And I thought I loved to cook. Well, maybe not bake so much. The things and amounts I cook now are so tiny, they wouldn't make a decent picture.

We had a lot of friends and family when I used to do this. And each year there were more friends - as word got out that I was baking. The last year I did these I was up to 110 dozen. Then we moved from Yonkers NY to Delaware, which put an end to the cookie orgy.

Even in my younger years, when I cooked a LOT, I could not have done that. That's amazing! It would sound unbelievable if I hadn't known a woman who opened her house to everyone in her small town in Indiana for lunch every day for 50 + years. Long story. Her husband was raised very poor and then, as a very young man he became a billionaire. He told her he wanted to marry her but she must promise to feed the town lunch every day. Long story short, she married him and fed the town.
Of course everybody didn't show up but the door was always open and many just walked in for lunch every day. She fed probably between 20 to 40 a day. I know this to be true because I was there on several occasions and saw this for myself.
