COVID gave me a lot of time to rekindle and refresh my bread baking skills. . . it was a constant battle to keep my A1C under control - but I emerged victorious!!! And I gave away a lot of loaves to neighbors

Lovely! Used to get Croissant and Brioche from a great little French run bakery in NYC. The kids always bring a big box from a place in Evergreen, Co, that is almost as good as the NYC memory.
