I don't think the government should mandate that we "must" take the vaccine but I do think that businesses have the right to require that you've had the vaccine before entering their business establishment. It's like any other requirement. School children are required to have certain vaccinations. No shoes, shirt, vaccination no service.

I agree that everything you mentioned is factual. Regarding schools however, assuming they are public, isn't that a case of the government inserting it's self?

Yes it is and now big socialist government coming to a town near you will not be happy until they control every phase of your life including how you think. I should have said "especially" how you think.

I said in another post that I could never hate someone to the point of being willing to vote for that person's opponent who will destroy this country. I sincerely hope every vote cast for Biden was based on something other than the hatred of Trump's arrogance. Like I told my cousin, this is much more important than a personality contesr.

A parent has no legal requirement to send their child to any public school. I dont like the authorities asking for "paper" But a private business is different, as you have the right not to go there.

And will businesses check vaccination cards before allowing people in to shop? I am really not trying to be difficult but am only asking how businesses will enforce such a mandate. I wonder how many customers that business will lose if they start checking for vaccination cards etc.

Obama's arrogance didn't seem to bother them. Trump's wealth was reduced by 30% while serving, the Obama's used the office to enrich themselves beyond our imagination.

I'm not disagreeing with the sentiment of your post, but there have been court cases that have concluded that it is illegal to try to criminalize HIV positive individuals refusing to disclose that fact to their sexual partners. Presumably, the premise is that it is illegal to mandate the release of personal medical histories. (In fact, these same laws and cases could be invoked to challenge vaccine requirements in public schools.)
Somewhat in the same vein as I see many other polarizing issues, I think that it has to be determined that both are legal or that both are illegal. My own opinion is that both should be illegal, as making them legal opens a Pandora's box of potential mandates from government, the vast majority of which would be people control rather than health related.
