After my daughter moved her family to Ireland 5 yrs ago, she has longed for authentic Mexican food. Before that she lived Oakland, CA, and before that in Yonkers, NY. Both places have a huge Mexican population and restaurants that serve up the real thing.
So, I sent her a bag of Mexican cornmeal, and this was the result . . . My granddaughters are the sous chefs . . .

What a fun series! Corn tortillas are the best! Yur granddaughter looks like she is having fun and so happy with her creation.
