You can't miss Lorrain's if you visit Weston-super-Mare because it's right next to the most visited attraction, the pier.
Bracket of 3 (-2 to +2) tripod mounted and processed with Machinery HDR Effects. Post processing in Elements with a generous amount of NIK Color Efex Glamour Glow.
Lorrain's Tea Bar
Love it......the softness of the composition sets a certain mood that compliments the setting.Nice job.

Good shot Mike. Ive havent even tried HDR yet.
Nice shot. You have the light well under control though I think I would have been tempted to lift the shadows just a tad so that we just a little more detail. I think I have commented elsewhere that I normally like HDR to be quite sharp but having seen this and a couple of other images the soft touch really is quite effective, I think I have something to learn in this area so I would be interested in a description of your workflow. I guess my only real suggestion relates to the angle you have chosen, to me it feels just a little too front on. I would like to have seen the shot from a few steps to the left so that the leading line created by the table at the front was at a slightly sharper angle. But this may be a matter of taste. Doesn't change the fact that I find this an intriguing pic which shows a lot of PP skill. Keep them coming.
