I do like her elfin look although would prefer her hair a little less tight. A reflector at lower left would even out the shadows on her (camera) left inner eye and on her chest, and the odd light patch on her (camera) left cheek. Great eye contact and expression.

Not quite tack sharp. Focus on her closest eye and add some f-stop to get a better focus depth ... a bit of low power lighting or reflector fill would help the shadows made by her jacket. Nice composition and model.
