How hard is the walk for an uncrippled 65 year older?

Interesting, unusual land formations. Does it have its own name?

It's not bad at all. I'm an uncrippled 75 years old. If you should go be aware that you will need at minimum an off-road capable AWD vehicle such as a Subaru Outback. You should also not use the route chosen by Google Maps and use the one from AllTrails. Google Maps route is shorter in length but is through deeper sand and more of it. My 4wd Tahoe was thoroughly sanded on the frame. I don't believe an Outback would have made it. I did not return to House Rock Road using Google maps. House Rock Road itself if it's dry can be driven by anything. It's only about 100 yards from the parking area to White Pocket.

Not really. The feature is made of the late Triassic to early Jurassic Navajo Sandstone that is present in all its glory in Zion Canyon. Here the rock appears to have been deposited in water, unlike at Zion where it is windblown dunes like the Sahara. After deposition, the strata were deformed prior to total hardening into rock(lithification), and being still plastic these swirls and strange features were formed. I'm a geologist and I have some question about this, but I mostly think that's right.
