i am looking for some impute on this photo....guess I want to know if it seems to dark. I attempted to set an evening mood from days past before electric lights. Thanks for any comments either positive or not.

I’d say, “well done!” Sets the mood.....

I think it’s perfect. Adding texture to your watermark would be my only suggestion.

I think you got it just right.
You created a mood and told a story. Anyone who has experienced living with the kind of light source you depicted will remember the rather feeble light it provided. Thank you for posting, it is really nice and nostalgic!.

The phone's a little bit hard to make out. Lightening it a touch would make it easier to identify.
I'm with R.G. for the phone detail, but the way it is reflects the reality of oil-lamp lit environments.

Very nice photo!!! I love the composition because it looks natural and not purposely posed. If you were to attempt this or a similar shot again perhaps play with a reflector or white card on the right to bounce a small amount of light back in; just enough to give separation of the phone from the background. Very nicely done otherwise.

A very well done still life. I like it a lot.
Nice work - moody and interesting.
Looks good to me. Nice work.
