Went to Oxford County to take pictures of the Covered Bridges there. It was a beauty day, started out a little over case, but later blue sky and nice puffy clouds. I took this picture in the afternoon and as I'm looking at it, I notice over the bridge in the tree limbs a blue case, what caused that and is there anything I can do to get rid of it. I noticed it in over pictures as well. I did have my cir-pl filter on. Thank you for your help and comments. I can only learn from this.

I think it is very nice. I would not have noticed the blue cast if you hadn't mentioned it.

What lightroom adjustments did you make?

The blue was in the original picture before I started any adjustments. Just the standard, checked for black clipping, white clipping, exposure, a little more clarity and a little clarity. I also checked the Remove Chromatic Aberration. I tried the temp to see if that would help, which didn't so I put it back. Thanks for looking. It's one of those things, once you see it, it's the first thing you see.

Thanks, but I know it's there and it pops out at me everytime.

Looks sort of like open blue sky between clouds. Ads mystery to it :-). I like it.

I think the photo is nice. I would have been more concerned about not having taken the image from just a bit higher angle. Then I would have eliminated the large green newer structure looming from under the old covered bridge.

The blue cast on the roof of the covered bridge is certainly the reflection of the sky. About the only way you could remove or diminish it would be to get into some heavy editing, select that area by colour if your software will do it, and then change to something more like the colour of the rest of the roof.

I assume that you used a polarizing filter? Did you use a UV haze filter? Actually, I find this to be a really nice shot. Well composed and interesting.

You have a good eye! I never saw that! Even after you mentioned it, I had to zoom in and search, but there it is and your right, I wish I had seem it, I would have moved higher. The sad part of these locations are that it was differcult to find a spot to get a good picture, to get a nice angle. I'll have to look at the others and see if I have an angle that doesn't show that.

Thanks to everyone for you comments. Most very kind. I am grateful.
