White crowned sparrows - one is VERY into his bath. The other decided to wait.
Both shots:
80D, Tamron 150-600 G2 @ 600, 1/250 @ f/11, ISO-400
In afternoon shade, fill flash, center point AF, spot meter

Yes, they are. I was up reading until after 2, as soon as I have my second cup of coffee to wake up enough I don't walk into the pool I will top off the water dishes and feeders.

Yes, I wonder if I could run a line from the yard sprinkler system to the birdbaths and rig a remote to turn it on and off?

Well yeah, I know it could be done - but could I afford it??? And still have money for minor things like food, the mortgage and meds?
