Best of... TOSS IT!!!
I have been reading quite a bit lately doing research and found many 'best of'... Camera for... Lens for... Cooking knives... Hotels...
Quite frankly the 'best' is entirely subjective and makes no sense at all if you consider real issues like reliability, consistence of services and results... There are often ignored in favor of ridiculous criteria.
So... TOSS THE DAMNED REVIEWS and do your own research based on your own criteria, at least they will be YOUR criteria not some guy that may or may not have an interest in promoting something.
Same goes, Hey! This restaurant is good! Well, it is a vegan restaurant and I like my steak blue. Think I can get it there? Of course, I am pushing it here, but this is what we are confronted with all the time: recommendations from folks who do not know you yet want to tell you what is good for you.
Since you are at it, toss the "HOW TO" that rarely addresses what you really need to know. This is especially true in photography a full book for two useful pages? What a waste.
I've always purported that best is relative!
Your best and my best may not be equally the best.
Relative to the person who thinks it's the best.
Consumer Reports comes to mind.

👍👍 I’m with you on this one Jacque - ratings are typically based on some subjective weighting for each attribute that the reviewer decides. The ONLY thing I’m interested in are actual tests, and only then if I understand the testing methodology in detail.
You have to use common sense; a trait sorely missing nowadays.

I absolutely agree especially with the second part of your quote
I don't like to presume to say what is the "best" of anything. All I can say is "my favorite" and then people can't argue.

"Best of" is a family joke.
When we first moved to CT we looked online to find the best burger and the best pizza. Neither of the results was pleasant.

Evidently Rongnongno you’ve been reading the funny books. If you would please do some solid research,
you would quickly realize that paid posts of “Best” are not worth a damn! Seek some professional sources
if you are really interested in gaining qualified reviews of whatever you’re interested in knowing about.
Truly qualified reviews can be found in Consumer Reports, for example. That publication has been in existence for a great many years. Check it out, Sir/Lady in your local library. Libraries can also help you find top notch reviews.
Just damning whatever you read ain’t worth much. As a professional researcher, I know what I’m talking about.
Try it, You’ll Like It.......as Mary Wells said a 1000 years ago when she ran her own ad agency.

Didn't Mary Wells also say, "Nothing you can say can tear me away from my guy?" That's her "best of.."
