Color for me, though they are both very nice. I think more space above her head would balance the image more, but that's nit-picking.

Yup, I'm a "color" guy too. I think her nails are important in this photo, and these are lost in the B&W--in fact, her index finger sort of looks like a long thumb nail in the B&W.
