Another “miracle product”?

As I peruse the various online sites I frequent, including this one, I am seeing adds for a weight losing product called Keto. All one needs to do is add the product - looks like a tablet - to a glass of water daily and watch the fat disappear. Videos show, mostly quite obese women, in a few weeks of using the product with model grade figures.
This does not appear to be targeted at me. I have never searched for any type of weight reduction product or regimen. This looks suspiciously like yet another questionable weight loosing program targeted at females.
Anyone seen this? If so, opinions?

I believe the offer comes with a coupon to buy a bridge in Brooklyn.

That ad popped up on the UHH site when I was looking earlier today. It may have nothing to do with your searches. There are also ads for bikinis, Hawaiian shirts, bags-under-the-eyes remedies and many other products I've never searched for online. They are seemingly random ads feed to the site. But that's just a guess. The site probably gets some kind of payment or discount for allowing the ads to appear.

They are not completely random. Many of the ads on UHH that I see are specifically for the UK, so I would guess the provider is using your IP to pick the ads.

The regular KETO diet does work, I've known several people, including my daughter who have lost 30 pounds or more.

Yes, it will work, but cannot be sustained for a lifetime without significant damage to one's health.

If they say it works, then it must. They're not allowed to print false information in advertisements.

I am looking into this and as far as I can see it can be maintained for life, and is benificial for long term health.

I tried the Keto diet. While you can loose weight you must watch your triglycerides. Mine went through the roof and my Dr. immediately put me on Vacepa. That is the major reason people drop the diet. I'm back to normal(?) and off the Vacepa.

I concur with this. And if you are diabetic, struggling to keep your A1C (blood sugar) down helps quite a bit with the weight problem.
