With my latest PS update (22.3.0) - or perhaps the previous update - I'm noticing something annoying. As I recall it, it used to be that, when I clicked on a slider, the value would be highlighted, and I could type '0' or '100' or any other number to reset the value, and then click to set it back where it had been. Now I find that no longer works. Instead, to highlight the value, I have to click that value directly, then click the slider indicator, then reset the value with a number, and finally click the slider to get back to the original value. It's an extra two mouse moves and an extra click; as I said, annoying. Anyone else noticing this?

I use an iMac 18,3, Big Sur 11.2.3.

I use Win10 and noticed the same thing. One internet site says to reset, double-click on the slider. Doesn't work. So, I'll watch this to see if anyone has a solution.

When I move my slider the value is highlighted, if I want to reset to 0, I just type in 0 and the slider returns to 0. Nothing has changed.

Good for you, Bill. I just opened file, added a Hue/Saturation layer, and found that moving the Saturation slider did not highlight the Saturation value. Moreover, when I highlighted the Lightness value, and moved the Saturation slider, the Lightness value stayed highlighted, not the Saturation value. On my system, things have changed.

What do you think, Bill, that you might've done differently than I have?
