While we in the north still face miserable weather... Arizona is blooming. Taken in the Huachuca Mountains near Sierra Vista on the Mexican border.
Lived there for two years, don’t remember that particular flower. 😀
Nice shot, thanks
This is from the apple orchard at the terminus of the
road up Carr Canyon.
I was there for Morse Code school back in the 90's (October-May) and it wasn't that colorful.

Did you hike the Huachucas?

I was only able to go into the foothills a couple times, but it was beautiful.
Nice capture of the apple blossom. Thanks for sharing this cheery image for us stuck in the north :)

A certain harbinger of Spring
Done beautifully
Nice shot. We're just few days away from the first signs of spring here in North Central Texas.
Can hardly wait.

Beautiful image. What a nice area. Visited several times. My brother was stationed there. Hiked up Ramsey Canyon to see the hummingbirds.
When I lived there mid 70's they had a saying "If you wear out a pair of shoes here you will want to come back." I agree. I lived in Miller Canyon and Sierra Vista.
I spent August 1989 to July 1991 there, but I was at the TEXCOM facility. I remember the coati-mundis and the black bear cub stuck in a tree in base housing and finding puma tracks in the mud on the road up into Huachuca Canyon.
