The new camera raw update is awesome. New Super Resolution enhancement. AI can 4x the pixel resolution of photos! Works really amazing!

I don't own a mac. But I am under the impression that Apple makes it easy with some transfer option(from old to new computer). Am I wrong?
No you are correct. Apple does provide a way to easily transfer everything from your old computer onto your new computer. There is a problem with that in all the clutter that has accumulated over the years also gets transferred.
The next time I buy a new computer (probably this summer) I intend to start with a fresh install of all the programs that I know I use. I'll start with programs like LR, PS, DxO PhotoLab Topaz, etc.

Interesting. I have been storing my RAW files using LR Classic but using DxO Photolab from within LR to make a DNG/RAW version of photos that I'm interested in. I'll need to check out the RAW update that you mentioned.
I think LR uses the Adobe RAW converter to perform it's conversions, no?
Edit:
I just notice that "Camera RAW" was automatically updated to Version 13.2 today.

I had to try it out. I used an old RAW file that I never processed. I'm not sure if I used it correctly.
I'm still learning.......
