I downloaded and installed it this morning before I posted the link in the links section. It won't be a replacement for PS users, but it looks better than what it is replacing.
The manual isn't bad either, after reading the first hundred pages.

I just installed on a second computer with no issues. When it gets to the point where it asks if you want to save or install, I chose install in both instances.
No need to save a copy of something that will most likely have free updates. IMHO

I have installed the new NX in my iMac (Big Sur) without any problems. The new NX app looks much better than the previous version.
