Got to the beach at last with Blue today, weather was great, nice and warm. He had a great time in the sea and then we went to some non salty ponds just n the there side of some small dunes where he place and washed the salt from his coat. I took the pictures with my tough waterproof camera and as the sun made it hard to get a clear picture of what you were taking I just hoped for the best. I was very pleased with these. The close up was taken with the camera in the water as he was trying to pick something up under the water. I loved the rainbow effect on the full picture of him..
I am pining for sunny Cornwall... The partially-underwater shot is great - you might be able to pry a bit more detail out of the dog's face using the haze filter in pp. Love his eye colours. Please stay safe and keep the emmets at bay!

Lovely set of Blue Val.
Than you very much Sylvia, first time at the beach for about 6 moths I think, Blue had a great time and with all the rain we have had there were large non salty ponds for him to wash the salt from his fur..
Just found these, I love how you broke a bunch of “rules” and came up with two very nice original shots.

Thank you very much Bruce and for the thumbup. It was a beautiful sunny day and with Blue putting his nose underwater and blowing the bubbles it was the only chance I had of getting the picture even though the sun was in front of me. I did like the way the sun made a rainbow on him in the second one..

Seems to have improved the image. Your dog is really cute! Give him the end of your pasty!
