Anyone Have Problems With Precision Colors?

If I recall correctly there has been a lot of positive feedback on this forum in the past for Precision Colors ink as a substitute for OEM ink. Has anyone had problems with it such as plugged nozzles, etc.? I am well aware of the potential problems of some remanufactured or non OEM inks and that is not the information I want at this time, just any experiences with problems with Precision Colors ink only. Thank you.

I have been using it for a few years in my Canon Pro-100 and even after a long time not printing no trouble, so far.
Go back to sleep Mr Murphy, nothing to see here.

I have used Precision Color on my Epson Surecolor P600 since it was new and have had no problems with this ink in any way. My P600 is one of the first to be sold in the US and Epson hadn't tried to forbid the use of aftermarket cartridges. I have not updated the drivers like Epson constantly asks me to as I think that will throw a wrench into the us of aftermarket cartridges. The ink is also very close in color to the Epson OEM ink. I think with the new Surecolor heads Epson has finally solved the head clogging problem.

Thanks for the replies. I assume the compete absence of reports of problems means Precision Colors is safe and of good quality, and I plan on using it in my new photo printer in the future unless some contradictory information becomes known.

I have been using Precision Colors inks in my 100 for a few years now with no problems. Compared prints made with PC inks to those made with OEM prior to my switching, and see no difference in quality. Others on this board decry the use of any 3rd party inks.

But my experience has been all to the good.

Problems with non-OEM inks can and do certainly occur and I imagine it only takes one time to really sour someone on those inks. But, IMHO all non-OEM inks are not alike and in the past I've noticed the many positive posts about Precision and can't recall a single negative experience posted.

I have been using Precision Color for several years in my Pro100 and a pair of cannon Ts8200. The 8200 have only been used for a year or two at the most. The 100 for several. No problems here and I print infrequently.

I am on my 3rd set of 4oz bottles from Precision with out any problems. I think a (cl42) cartridge holds 1/8 oz (just guessing) so 8 * 4= 32 refills per set. Precision change formulation between sets one and two, They refer to their new color line as "Signature" . They offer (and I wanted ) larger bottles but I worry about the ink growing old so 4 oz. for me. I do think (without testing) OEM ink ages better, less fading, but I spray with a protectant (as do most who value their prints) so who really knows. As often as I refill my cartridges, with no problems, speaks volumes for trouble free printing.
