I think the effect is most useful when there is an abundance of yellow/golden glow to work with. From there the intensity can be minimal (as you’ve used) or bolder (as others have submitted). It’s a fun effect to play with and there’s a bunch of YouTube instructions with a variety of application techniques. I invite you to try multiples. Also important is to negate the effect in some cases it emphasize a specific subject.
