Most people are truly clueless when it comes to the "big" picture of what is truly going on in our country.
Fifty years later, and people still cannot see the truth of the matter.
In my opinion, America is done for if we get O for another four years. Which, as much as I hate to say it, I think will happen.

Deceiving politicians and powerful money people who have/are been working towards these ends for many years.
Truly don't think it would do a bit of good, because these people don't care what the "people" want, so they would just attempt to appease in the moment.

I agree however that it is too late. All we can do is try to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Here's a simple view of what national elections actually are, worldwide... sadly, folks tend to irrationally organize around one of two alternatives while failing to take time to understand real issues and real solutions - apart from ideology and emotion.
