i think their support is excellent i have had a few issues that they were able to fix by remote. they have always been very nice no complaints

My only gripe with them is that they don't offer telephone support on weekends.

I will be finding out soon. I "upgraded" my CS5 to CS6 but it locks up when I try to open anything. CS5 still works fine. I've uninstalled and re-downloaded once and the problem persists. I don't know what else to try at this time. I've never had any problems with previous versions of Elements or PhotoShop.

I'm using Windows 7, 64 bit.

Hi Norman, I'm running 8 gigs at this time. I've not gotten any memory warnings during these attempts.
