Go to Kelbytraining.com.
Matt Kosklowski is their resident guru and you can sign up by the month so it isn't very expensive at all.
Looked it up at B & N bookstore. Really nice book! But kinda pricy. Thanks for the tip

Agree with GD Roth. Free Lightroom Killer Tips. Paid... Kelby training Kloskowski's Three part Lightroom In Depth series of classes. Spend a little money, get a lot of knowledge.
I strongly recommend Lynda.com Photoshop Lightroom 3 Essential Training. I have the 2010 version. Maybe there is a later one - 2011 perhaps? The clarity in their video tutorials is excellent. Good luck.
I just bought Lightroom 3 myself and purchased Photoshop Lightroom 3, Essential Training by Chris Orwig. I am enjoying it very much. Go to Lynda.com and type in Lightroom. I've bought other training products from them before. They have a huge array and I have been very pleased so far. . Hope that helps. :D
