I located this 600 + pound specimen in Pflugerville, Texas about three days ago
Wow, everything is bigger in Texas.
There was "Big Al", three smaller 100 + males, and two females. It was an awesome sight. An apple was placed in the area and Big Al devoured it with about 4/5 bites.
Where would one go to see this creature? I visit my G-kids in Round Rock several times a year.

NE of Austin a bit, not far from Round Rock.
They are in Pflugerville, Texas at 8th and Pfluger.
I would welcome the opportunity to visit there with you when you visit the Great State of Texas.

Sure is a big 'un! Nice shot!
A fine shot of an interesting subject. Pflugerville is several hours south of me. I'll have to think about going down there.
Let me know if you decide to come this way!
Stay well.

Doc: Please tell me you've been to the Riverwalk, Alamo, La Mercado (Mexican Marketplace), and above all - Mission San Jose: All in San Antonio (90 minutes south of Pflugerville on I-35).
