a dolt...you've been a dolt for a while now. Get your spell checker fixed.

I relied on the spell checker admin provides with this site. If it is inferior (it is) it seems to me that admin is at fault.

Hondo, repeat after me... "I love Canadians, I love Canadians, I love..."

Now, if you say this often enough others will believe you. Heck, you might even start believing it yourself.

And you don't have to believe me that this works... just ask Trump.

WRONG as usual, actually very few complain about Canadians voicing their opinions.

It's usually the far-right that get into a huff when people from other countries know

more about America than they do.

You know, this past weekend I watched a documentary film all about Gordon Lightfoot. As a fan of his work I found it very interesting.

Is it true then that he is "Canada's Son"?

On another note, I don't really "know" any Canadians. I've been told they suffered from extreme politeness which excludes some I encounter in here. Not saying it's you, of course. Perhaps that was just someone telling a tall tale?

I like Canadian whiskey, but the weather in the parts I've been suck out loud. I was in Nova Scotia a couple of years ago in mid-June. It snowed on me.....in JUNE!

Yeah, and it snows at the top of the Rockies all year long too.

Having 4 "real" seasons is actually very nice. I lived in Tennessee for several years and then Washington, DC. Winters generally just sucked because it was too cold for summer-like fun and not cold enough for winter-like fun. I also can't imagine living somewhere in the tropics where it is always warm, but really wet for half the year.

I think we get used to a place because we have to (for work, family, etc) and then complain a lot, but it does no good.

There are actually a few good things about Canada...Old City Quebec and its Hotel Frontenac, Banff for skiing, and Toronto.

Yeah, and it snows at the top of the Rockies all y... (show quote)

I hear you but we were at most 500 ft above sea level on the eastern shore following the Cabot Trail.

I've been in Massachusetts nearly all my life. Hot and stick in the summer, cold and dreary in the winter. The only other places I've lived for a year or so were Boulder Colorado (4 thumbs up), and Boise Idaho (solid 3 thumbs up, maybe 3.5).

As for Nova Scotia, best chowder I've ever had was in Neil's Harbor along the Cabot Trail. There's only one place to get it. Get the mussels too!

The barstool patriot types find that out real fast when they venture overseas.

If I didn't know better I would bet you're making a joke. But alas anyone who has seen your replies knows better. Fact is you know your little country is nothing without big brother (it hurts to say 'brother') to the south. Nothing!
