Like new. A+ condition. I just upgraded to the new 85mm 1.4G so this is ready for a new home. In original box and I will include the B+W UV filter (about $37.00 at B&H).
Lens is $459 at B&H. My price is $299.00 and I will pay the shipping. This lens need the AF motor in the camera body, so not compatible with D40, D60, D3000, D5000, or any other body that requires AF motor in the lens.

Cliff, just curious, I have a D5000. Would a similar lens work for me if I use the focus manually ? Or is speed & aperature controlled by the lens motor as well..

Thanks. I need something for portraits (more like pics of the grandkids) I dont mind manual focusing...

There is a newer 85 1.8 that is AF-S. Just under $500.00.
