This is the butt end of a Brown Marmorated Stink Bug. They are among my favorite specimens although they are an invasive pest, harmful to agriculture and gardens, and overwhelmingly abundant. Fortunately they preserved well and they have interesting and unique details that are only visible under magnification. Each time I collect one there are hundreds and perhaps thousands that I prevented from being the destructive pests that they are.
I staged this one to show its back half to show the pattern, colors and texture of the "bumps" which are actually divots that have a little balloon like protrusion emerging out of them.
