I shoot RAW, edit with smart filters and store a tiff and back ups. I output in jpeg for specific situations as needed, but don't create jpegs for storage. I will store any jpeg output I needed to make like a print file or srgb web file. The original raw file is a master, you cannot edit and save back to raw.
