Does anyone know where I can purchase an L Bracket for a Canon 90D with battery a battery pack? I can find them no where.

Well, No-Where are a lot of places, but just in case you missed these places, which I am sure you did Not,
B&H, ADORAMA, EBAY, AMAZON, BEST BUY, LOCAL CAMERA STORE ETC.

I checked all of them, and spoke in person with B&H. None of them have an L bracket for a 90D that will work with battery pack on the camera.

You might try S.K. Grimes. They'll probably make you one. Custom photographic equipment is their only business. They've done a few jobs for me and I love their work.
