I'd passed this house on the county road many times as it got more and more dilapidated. Finally took a shot.
I discovered that the house was abandoned following the son killing his entire family!
Now I understand why it never sold.

I’m not very knowledgeable. I assume you were focusing on the grassy foreground. It looks great.

Wonderful find and great shot. Cool story to go with the house.

I would have asked to go live there for a month to see if a) it was in fact haunted and b) if the ghosts would accept me. If all worked out I could probably bought it for a song and would still be living there. Either way whatever happened is not the house's fault.

Seems like it may have been a nice house at one time. Terrible history, but you got a great photo of it.

That’s a nice shot! Be sure to keep an eye on it as it further deteriorates.

Good attitude on it all, Jack ( although a and b wouldn’t have entered the equation! - you DID include them as touches of humor, right?)

There was a house where I live that an imbecile murdered 7 people (he thought they had drugs, they didn't. wrong house). The house never sold and was eventually razed. Good photo by the way.
