This was a very nice image to start with. Here is my view of it.
Made an adjustment to the buildings. Changed the sky and removed the photographer at the railing.
The hardest part for me was the perspective. Other than that, it is a very nice image to work with.

I thought that I would go with a really high contrast black and white conversion. Then I noticed that NikonGal had beaten me to the idea. So I decided to go a bit further and make it an abstract that is all about shapes, angles and contrasts.
I may have gotten carried away.
