and should have their legal protections removed. Here is a fast sample.
Image 1 is a stream (live) from today in which Google / YouTube proactively insert their disclaimer that the AP has declared Biden.... Yes the stream is from a conservative source, but the stream had not yet begun when the disclaimer appeared, so I'm curious as to what REASON there could be to place the disclaimer before the content began.
Image 2 is a recently posted clip of Hillary declaring Trump is an illegitimate President. No such disclaimer, despite the fact the comment is 100% false.
These prove that at least Google is CLEARLY censoring / modifying content to a political end. That should remove all legal protections afforded to publishers, the operative clause to defining 'publisher' being "not modifying or removing content"

Fast correction to my previous post: I intended to use the word "platform" instead of "publisher" but my thought remains the same. Google / YouTube are most definitely in the information editing business.
